Business processes often do not work because there is no escaping one's humanity, no matter whether we're dealing with internal or customer-related processes. Employee engagement decreases, illness-related absence increases. And "as a side-effect" employees feel stressed, coming into conflicts, which apparently cannot be sustainably resolved. Both productivity and work climate suffer.*

There exist many causes for this, a frequent one being that men and women and everyone on this spectrum has different approaches, unwritten laws, and conventions, which are disrespected, usually unconsciously. This is how misunderstandings arise, conflict and irritation are created.
