My name is Birgit Peetz, expert in positive change in the realm of job-related topics. I am specialised in the not always fabulous cooperation between women, men, and everyone on this spectrum. As a woman with 25 years of IT industry experience, often having been the only woman in a group of men, I was able to develop a particular awareness and know-how for the unwritten laws and typical behaviour patterns that exist among both, men and women.

For 11 years I have been active as an SME coach and trainer. I spent 10 years in different leadership boards within a blue chip company, after having assumed the positions of software engineer and IT project manager .

Studiert habe ich Computing with Psychology in London. Nach dem Studium gab ich zunächst der IT den Vorzug. Seitdem ist in der Psychologie eine MENGE geschehen. Ich blieb am Ball, durchlief drei Coach-Ausbildungen und reicherte sie durch Fachwissen an. Zunächst wurde ich nebenberuflich, später hauptberuflich als selbständige KMU Coach und Trainerin aktiv.
