My name is Birgit Peetz, expert in positive change in the realm of job-related topics. I am specialised in the not always fabulous cooperation between women, men, and everyone on this spectrum. As a woman with 25 years of IT industry experience, often having been the only woman in a group of men, I was able to develop a particular awareness and know-how for the unwritten laws and typical behaviour patterns that exist among both, men and women.

For 11 years I have been active as an SME coach and trainer. I spent 10 years in different leadership boards within a blue chip company, after having assumed the positions of software engineer and IT project manager .

I obtained a degree in Computing with Psychology in London. After graduating I preferred to pursue a career in IT because I was not convinced of the effectiveness of psychological interventions at the time. A LOT has happened in psychology since. I stayed on the ball, went through three coach trainings, enriched by expert knowledge. I first started coaching part-time before going full-time as a freelance SME coach and trainer.
